English Mustard

A hot mustard paste of mustard flour and water, in the English style. The heat is the same reaction as in mustard powder, kept sharp because little sugar or vinegar is used to calm it.

A British table mustard.

Very hot, sharp, and brief. The burn fades.

How to use it

Spread a thin smear, or stir a little into cheese sauces and dressings.

Storage

Refrigerate after opening.
