Harissa Spice
A North African chilli blend of dried chilli, garlic, coriander, and caraway, sold as a dry mix. The paste of the same name loosens those spices with oil.

How to use it
Bloom the powder in oil, or stir it into a sauce. Build up the heat in small amounts.
