A pointed cabbage with a tight, sweet heart and tender leaves. It is a variety of Brassica oleracea, sold as hispi or sweetheart.

Sweeter and milder than a round white cabbage.

How to use it

Quarter and roast it, or shred and stir-fry it. It cooks faster than a dense winter cabbage.

Storage

Refrigerate and use within a week or two.
