Pico De Gallo Sauce
A fresh salsa of chopped tomato, white onion, chilli, and coriander, dressed with lime and salt. It is uncooked. The juice in the bowl comes out of the tomato.

A Mexican table salsa, also called salsa cruda.

How to use it
Spoon it over tacos, eggs, and grilled meat. Make it the same day.
Storage
Refrigerate and eat it within a day. It weeps overnight.
