Sazon Goya With Azafran

A seasoned salt coloured with annatto, typically coriander, cumin, garlic, and salt. The azafrán on the label is annatto, which stains food orange. It is a different plant from saffron.

A packaged sazón blend used in Puerto Rican, Dominican, and other Latin American kitchens.

Flavour

Savoury, cumin-scented, and garlicky.

How to use it

Fry a pinch with the oil and onion at the start of rice and stews.
