Sticky Rice Flour
Flour milled from glutinous rice, a variety of rice that cooks sticky because of the kind of starch in the grain. The flour gels and stretches. Ordinary rice flour is milled from a different rice and cooks differently.

Milled in East and Southeast Asia for dumplings and sweets.
Flavour
Neutral and ricey.
How to use it
Mix it to a dough with water for dumplings and cakes. It turns translucent when cooked.
