Powdered collagen with no sugar or flavour, usually from animal skin and bone. Bloomed in cold water and then warmed, it dissolves, and it sets the liquid as it cools.

How to use it

Sprinkle it over cold liquid, let it swell, then melt it into the warm mixture.
