White Cabbage

Flavour

Sweet and mild, more so when cooked, with a cabbage smell if overcooked.

How to use it

Shred it for slaw and stir-fries, or wedge it for boiling and braising.

Storage

A whole head keeps for weeks in the fridge. Cut faces dry out.
