Chocolate Chips
Small drops of chocolate formulated to hold their shape in a biscuit. They are cocoa mass, cocoa butter, and sugar, sometimes with stabilisers so they do not melt as fast as a bar.

A baking product of the chocolate industry.
Flavour
Sweet and chocolatey, as dark or as milky as the chip.
How to use it
Fold them into dough, or melt them if the brand melts cleanly.
Storage
Cool, dry, and airtight.
