Thin square or round sheets of wheat dough, flour and water rolled out for wrapping egg rolls. Some brands include egg in the dough.

A Chinese-American and Chinese wrapper sold ready-made.
Flavour
Plain. The taste comes from the filling and the frying.
How to use it
Keep them covered while you work, wrap the filling tightly, and fry or bake until blistered.
Storage
Refrigerate the pack and freeze what you will not use. Dried edges will not seal.
